A sturdy robust salvia from South America. Grows 1.5-2m Late flowering. Striking blue flowers in autumn. Attractive foliage. Frost will frequently nip the flowers in cooler climes as with us here, but every few years we get a great floweringif the frost are late. Even without the flowers the foliage is magnificent. Plants frost to ground level over winter but come back strongly in the spring. SOLD OUT more ready in mid-December-early Jan .
